I can honestly say that Vatero and a fantastic sales representative named Tia, was the best part of my whole renovation. Tia's knowledge was unsurpassed by any other plumbing supplier I had dealt with. The customer service was exceptional. Even when we ran into problems Tia immediately got involved to resolve same and made sure that this customer was happy. Fantasticvjob by everyone at Vatero Plumbing and Bath and especially Tia.

Great product selection and amazing customer service

Great service. Our kitchen and main floor renovation turned out way above our expectations.

Purchased a kitchen from Kay, they made few mistakes and instead of helping me solve the problem and supply the broken, wrong parts she ignores my emails and phone calls. Worst place to buy from.

We were not at all happy with their work on our bathroom renovation. the work, the product, and the customer service especially, were all unsatisfactory. I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of all of the positive reviews.

Attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and superb customer service

Buyer be warned this shop has a ridiculous 25% return/restocking fee. We came to pick up a shower, didn’t bring it home because it wasn’t the colour we had hoped and decided to return it. That on its own completely ruined our experience and I don’t recommend buying your bathroom products here. Be aware that since this experience the shop has been harassing my wife, not me... my wife only. I've attached screenshots to this review.

We used Dreamstone for our kitchen, backsplash and bathroom. From our initial conversation right to installation and questions afterwards, all the staff at Dreamstone have been incredibly helpful and professional. They have a huge selection of products at affordable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for countertops. Thanks for all your help and for our gorgeous counters!! We couldn’t be happier :)

I hired Snow Valley Kitchens to renovate the doors and cabinets. I got new doors put on the storage compartments and got new cabinets to store produce. I selected the birch box cabinet because it matched the color scheme. The job was very professionally done. Thumbs up.

Just purchased a few Faucets and I couldn't be happier with the product and service i received from Luxury Tile and Bath. Would highly recommend.

My experience at Bath Emporium was perfect. The showroom was well designed and had many different options available to choose from. Teresa Chen was so helpful, patient and able to answer all my questions. I would recommend her and the store to anyone doing a bathroom renew.

The George Hull Centre for Children and Families provides mental health services to children from birth to 18 and their families. One of our main treatment specialties is Family Therapy, in which we work with children and their families to improve relationships, parenting, and to work through difficult life situations. At our Community Clinic we had four Family Therapy Rooms which were sadly lacking in any sort of warmth or design, were run down, and felt institutional. Because these are such important spaces where we want children and families to feel safe, we were very excited when Jane and her team offered to volunteer their time, talent and resources to completely transform the rooms into warm, welcoming and dignified spaces. Jane Lockhart Interior Design were amazing to work with! Their attention to detail and commitment to the project ensured not only that the entire process happened seamlessly, but also with a spectacular end result. Jane and her team went above and beyond the call of duty to make this happen, calling on their own vendors and suppliers to donate everything from paint and lighting to sofas and artwork. The feedback from the children and families has been overwhelming. They love the new rooms remarking that they “make me happy” and that they “love the colour, layout and ‘home feeling’ it gives them.” Brilliantly done! Thank you Jane Lockhart Interior Design for the difference you are making to children and families struggling with mental health issues.
