Terrible experience. Ms. Fabbro cares about her track record for 'settling' cases at all costs. She is warm and personable and easy to talk to. She got to know me and then used my weaknesses against me to 'close the deal' with high pressure and emotional mind games. I was kept alone in a different room and not allowed to participate in the discussions. My ex and I were sold different versions of the settlement agreement arriving at the same numbers (apparently this is not uncommon - but sets up a lifetime of resentment and misunderstanding). Without my knowing she let my ex's lawyer type changes to part of the agreement that had already been decided (I did not know to re-read those parts). Emotionally and financially the single biggest mistake of my life.

Hi; I live in Mosquito Creek co-op on 21-1745 Fell Avenue North Vancouver BC and I have a problem. We co-op members finished paying our mortgage on August 1, 2021, but our Board of Directors refused to lower down our Housing Charges by 35% and continue to this day collecting mortgage from us members despite strong opposition, $411-/month-. This is our / members’ money and decision to make not the Board of Directors' money or decision to make!! January 1, 2023 total: $7,398-/unit – we have 67 units – Grand total: $495,667-. When I was wrongfully dismissed last year, I asked Yaeger Law to help me with this matter. I worked with Julianne Yaeger, who I found extremely professional, efficient and kind.
