Terrible customer service. Multiple major mistakes made on my family's tax returns, including: a "keying error" that inflated my amount owed by several thousand dollars; knowingly sending me an incorrect return to sign; neglecting to convert one of my securities from USD funds to CAD funds (even though it was clearly indicated as such), etc. The last error resulted in an incorrect filing and interest penalty from the CRA. To their credit, they apologized and resolved their first two major errors. However, when I requested to discuss the third one, they responded by abruptly dropping my family as their clients instead, stating basically that we had become too much work for them. They corrected the error eventually but never issued an apology or explanation and have ignored all further requests for information since. Contacted BDO Canada twice to offer my feedback after the busy tax season had passed but it took them a week and a half to respond, and only after I mentioned that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau to write a review. Sorry, but definitely would not recommend.

You should ask my daughter how she feels about this lawyer after finding her deceased brother in her father’s home. I was given an affidavit prepared by Ms. Lella and Ms. Cunningham prior to our four day trial indicating that if my former spouse and me could not work together they recommended the children be placed in their father’s care.The judge went off record and told them it was not within their scope to make any recommendations. Ms. Lella appeared to be cousel for my former spouse, not our children! This is in honour of my late son and pseudo parent to his little sister, William Jacob McDonald November 11, 1997 - July 28, 2017. My former spouse never mentioned my existence to the coroner, made me fight for half my son’s ashes, prevented me from participating in the planning or speaking at my his funeral. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU USE THE SERVICES OF THIS WOMAN!

Brian Worrad caused us a terrible inconvenience in moving to our new house and the lack of care he took to take responsibility and make something happen was very disappointing. A friend is going through the same thing with their current move. I do not recommend this business.

Bob Seabrook retired left my case to this other lawyer named Jenn. Worst I've ever seen . Don't call you back for months and totally bombed on my case. Do not use her. As for anyone else I can't speak on. But she will not do a good job. This firm should drop her fast . Lazy as they come not someone you want fighting for a jub jub...... hope this helps someone find another firm .

I called this guy and he was the rudest doosh bag ever. He said and I QUOTE " I AM UP TO MY EYEBALLS IN REAL ESTATE RIGHT NOW, CALL ME ANOTHER TIME" .... wow this guy must do really well with this kind of service. I guess he was too busy studying in school and forgot to listen to his momma regarding manners.. if you have any dignity or sell respect, DONT HIRE THIS GUY, there are 100 more that will respect you.
