They are quick, efficient, unassuming, follow procedure to the letter of the law, will provide copies of anything you request BEFORE you sign and return calls when requested with no issues or complaints. They have piles of information on their website and links, and will hand you information when you arrive. I have yet to find another business with so much integrity, ethics and morals. The one thing I don't like is that they won't take debit but instead you have to pay with cheques, cash or money orders. Instead of proving my rights to "Pension partner" on my deceased wifes pension, even though I provided them with all the necessary evidence, they steered me down the road to "negotiation"
Not what I hired them for.
Now rather than complete there commitment, they wish to financially squeeze me.

If you want to pay $3800. for a simple condo purchase that should have cost $1200., then the Patrck Dolphin Prof.Corp. is for you! I made this mistake in 2022 under the recommendation of a trusted realtor. Without first making confirmation of the legal services cost, I entrusted PD Corp to do my legal services. Big Mistake! His Legal Assistant did ALL the work. I lonly saw him the final day of signing the paperwork. Warning! Not to be trusted! I give him a one star rating only because you can't give him zero stars. This is completely my own fault. I paid a large STUPID tax for my trouble.
