Be careful of stephen brophy, told me I controlled the facts when pleading and then didn't let me change crap, and didn't defend me to the best of his ability I believe, the plead deal I signed seemed to have more stuff added to it later (didn't have all info on it) he acts like he's trying to help but just wants to meet his legal aid quota, if you're going through legal aid, run

My company has used this firm in the past and most recently on a litigation matter. The firm's lawyers and partner are very helpful, knowledgeable and don't cut corners. They also tell you the way it is, so you know it going into the situation, no false statements. Always professional, prompt and thorough. Of course I wish their rates were lower, who doesn't? LOL! My firm will continue to use them in the future.

While in the office everyone was very nice. Five months later when I still hadn't received my paperwork (title to my house) I started calling and leaving messages. Not once was my call returned over the month I spent trying to contact them. And the one time she happened to answer her phone when I called she acknowledged my messages and said that my paperwork would be in the mail. Two weeks later and several more phone calls to their voicemail I finally received my paperwork (6 months after I signed them). Once and only once she took the time to write me an email instead of returning my call (but never responded to my question when I replied to the email). Feel free to use them if you never want your call returned or have no desire to have any of your paperwork because in the office they were very nice so if that's all you are looking for you will have a wonderful experience.

honestly was not represented by these lawyers or their firm but they were with the opposing party really showed how to get things done professionally, immediately i learned more from them about what lawyers can actually do, than what my own lawyers were telling me what was capable. i tried to hold my own party to the same standard of representation and unfortunately they failed miserably, despite insurmountable evidence for my side (eventually had to switch to another law firms) Honestly, just based off of the opposing side of things, they seemed more then adequate and a capable law firm
