Sumit holds admirable qualities far beyond most. He is diligent, fair, accurate and there is truly no one I would trust more in handling strenuous matters. He’s been able to gain control over 8 years of detailed litigation to which several others senior to him had attempted to do and could not. He listened, saw the discrepancies, saw the injustice, and really took the time to push forward and resolve each wrong. Unfortunately our system is far from perfect, in fact, it can be extremely harmful when used incorrectly and if it weren’t for this man stopping it, my life would be completely different right now. Super nice people their doing really good work

We had used Kearns and co a couple times prior but after this event I think he should try a different business. We arrived for our appointment Liam was nowhere to be found and was 20 mins late. He then asked us to fill out a Kearns and co paper directed at our mortgage company as to where we work etc. I said they have all that info and we already signed off on it online. Liam then says if you’re going to talk to me that way I will throw you out of my office. I repeated what I said and he said I’ve had a rough day and don’t need this shit get out of my office he then stormed out of the room. The most unprofessional act that I have ever seen in 53 years and I will be reporting him to the BC Bar association as that’s the farthest thing from professional
