Kenzie Folkett from Nexxlaw was excellent from start to finish in my divorce process. She responded within a day to my initial inquiry and communicated clearly the cost , the steps to be taken, and instructions on details she required to proceed. She offered a flat fee for a simple divorce which is rare in the business. In the process I received drafted documents in a timely manner which contained no errors, requiring no extra time for correction. Ms Folkett utilized technology such as email, scanning, etc to make the process seamless for the customer. The divorce was completed within a few months. The final bill was exactly as agreed to. I highly recommend ms Folkett at Nexxlaw for any legal needs you have and would not hesitate to use her services again.

We went to this firm for assistance in resolving an estate issue that we had been unsuccessful in dealing with on our own. We based our choice of law firms on the glowing Google reviews, and the fact that they were a local business. Unfortunately, the firm was absolutely no help at all. I suspect that the lawyer that was assigned our file was outside his narrow area of expertise, was absent of relevant experience, and perhaps did not have the mandate to address our concerns. In all fairness, while our matter is in no way unique or uncommon, it it is complex, ugly and promises to be lengthy; I suspect this was simply outside of the comfort zone for this firm and we were pretty much brushed off. The firm's efforts, and their fee, got me a repeat of exactly what I got on my own initiative, except it took a really long time; the only timely contact with the firm occurred when they wanted to be paid...the bill, and the subsequent reminder, came very quickly. We have had an entirely different experience with a new law firm. They are clear on what they can do, what they cannot do, and how long it will take; their actions have mirrored their words.

Jack is the best lawyer I have ever met. Before finding Jack, I worked with four lawyers for my case related to business fraud. Jack was very professional, agile and honest in dealing with my case.
