Lorne has handled three real estate transactions for us to date and all went perfectly each time. Including a closing today. We first retained him when our previous lawyer wanted to charge $x for handling a simple home purchase. We found out from the realtor that Lorne's standard rate was a lot less. And it still is today. In other words we have been getting excellent value.
