I was referred to Caley and HKAS from my family, who raved about their experience here. Even with elevated expectation, Caley and her team still managed to impress! The reception area is warm and welcoming, as is the kind receptionist. Caley is BRILLIANT. She has an amazing ability to relate to you and be friendly/laid back while maintaining a confident professionalism. I visited her to plan my first will, she sincerely made this a great experience. Her assistant maintained the same quality of connection and service in the short interaction we had. Even the location of the firm, I love this neighborhood. Doubly worth the drive out of your way for the experience in the firm and for a stroll in beautiful Main Street of Georgetown. Thank You!

Gillespie law firm is outstanding law firm with excellent customer service. I would recommend this firm to anyone who is looking for strong, dependable and legal advice. There prices are fair and and the turnaround time is faster than usual. Good firm altogether.

My fiancé and I retained the services of Rapport corporation in early 2018. Mr Rapport was quick to accept a $5000 retainer and asked for detailed documentation regarding the status of the case. He was provided with an extensive chronology of events to prepare for an upcoming case conference. Leading up to the case conference each meeting was met with being talked down to and most often interrupted mid sentence with " I don't care about that" and " do you know I have a psychology degree?" We were advised that he is only prepared to deal with the custody portion of the case at this point " A few days prior to the case conference we received another text msg from Mr. Rapport asking us to once again defend the issues specifically addressed in the respondents disclosure. Leading us to believe that he has not done any work on our file whatsoever!! The night before the case conference my fiancé messaged him to ascertain further details and expectations before walking into court the following morning. Trying to understand if Mr Rapport was in fact willing to represent our issues to the court. He simply received a reply telling him where to be, and at what time. When my fiancé got to court he was advised by Mr Rapport in an interview room that he will not be seeing his children!! (This isn't a case where the man doesn't deserve to see his kids ) as expected, the emotion ran high and Mr Rapport advised my fiancé that he isn't a good witness in his current state and cunningly stated " do you think you can do a better job than me in there?" They proceed to court, and Mr Rapport purposely put my fiancé in the hot seat in front of the court. " go ahead,, tell the judge what you have to say" Not knowing the scope of being permitted to speak my fiancé calmly addressed the court but was limited in his evidence before the Court expecting Mr Rapport to jump in and represent him as he was paid to do. This didn't happen,, he sat there not challenging a single request from opposing counsel. Not once standing up for his own clients best interest. My fiancé under duress was advised of a few conditions that are on consent that he felt strongly against and about as the only evidence that was taken into account was from the respondent. After leaving court Mr Rapport was not looking to engage with my fiancé to further discuss the outcome and ramifications. He blew him off and said he'd be in contact with us. Since that time we have attempted on several occasions and several means to get in touch with Mr Rapport and have had no success!!! 5 days later we received an email from Max Rapport stating that he is removing himself as counsel citing the cause that fiancé didn't listen to his instructions. Not only did we listen to his advice, we sat quietly as he caused further damage to our case. At one point he suggested a reconciliation counselor for us and the children that he knew was up on criminal charges of sexual assault!! He not only robbed us of $4000k,, he has now created a bigger mess for us to unravel and deal with, he also washed his hands of all this leaving us to deal with the further damage of addressing the most important part of this case.. Access to the children and securing further parental alienation from the other party. This is absolutely criminal and the law society of upper Canada will be receiving a formal complaint. As with other negative reviews,, we are certain Mr Rapport will deny having myself or my fiancé on record as a client. Probably the dirtiest of lawyers we have had to deal with.

This is the second time in five years that Caitlin and her staff have acted for me in Real Estate matters. Caitlin and her staff go way beyond with their professionalism, attentiveness and patience The latest transaction I had with them closed a day late, last Tuesday due to incompetence in the part of the mortgage funding department of the Bank Michelle, despite numerous other closings was amazing, steadfast, kind and got the deal completed despite all the obstacles. Highly recommend!!!

I would like to put on record my sincere thanks to the team at Hobson & Reeves. I truly believe that Mr. Reeves entegraty, commitmen, knowledge of the legal system, was not only abserved by myself, family, friends and by his peers, to alou my inasince to over come a very difficult time. I pray that no one ever finds themselves in a position I found myself. However, as long as there are individuals such as Mr. Reeves, there is always hope for upholding the justice.
