Kind, patient and family oriented. As a former colleague of Corinne’s, I admired her genuine pleasant sense of humour, and focus on increased access to justice for immigrants in need in Edmonton. Very professional and honest, even when it angers former or present clients who only like lawyers who agree with them. Ciao for now Bella;)

I have been going to James for years. I have also met with the associates many times. All the lawyers at this firm are just great. I got fully custody of my child and child support is finally being paid. Their fees are also very reasonable and I can usually get an appointment quickly.

Andrew met us at 8pm on a Saturday to sign papers, he mentioned it was his wife's birthday, but managed to make time for us, as it was the only time we had available. He was very direct and to the point, and has a good sense of humor. His staff were able to answer our questions quickly, and we were not left guessing. We would defiantly do business with River City law again.

If you want to pay $3800. for a simple condo purchase that should have cost $1200., then the Patrck Dolphin Prof.Corp. is for you! I made this mistake in 2022 under the recommendation of a trusted realtor. Without first making confirmation of the legal services cost, I entrusted PD Corp to do my legal services. Big Mistake! His Legal Assistant did ALL the work. I lonly saw him the final day of signing the paperwork. Warning! Not to be trusted! I give him a one star rating only because you can't give him zero stars. This is completely my own fault. I paid a large STUPID tax for my trouble.

Excellent service, very professional and on time. Price was quite reasonable, as well. Compared to the disastrous experience that I had with the very unethical Edmonton Notary Services, a couple of days prior to dealing with Heritage, Heritage Law was a very welcomed change.

Despicable

Stunned.. spoke to reception, was told I did not need to make an appointment as the firm made a mistake on some contracts and all I needed to do was come in and sign new ones. Came in, no appointment and was yelled at by Moroz for missing an appointment I had made three weeks prior. That would have been when I spoke to reception, and I had not made an appointment on that day as she said I did not need one. Tried explaining the situation to Moroz and he kept cutting me off and raising his voice telling me to stop talking and just sign the papers. I asked him why he was yelling at me and he said I was being disrespectful (even though I was calmly just trying to explain the situation as he was very worked up for no reason). Rude and unprofessional. The firm was also in a bad state, wouldn’t be surprised if he is going out of business.

Have used on three occasions. Upgraded will and had to return numerous times due to errors. Second occasion for out of province real estate transaction, took 90 days to find out it could not be done after I called to enquire twice and never did speak to the lawyer involved or receive the status from the firm? Final time was a local real estate transaction in which an incomplete set of documents were sent to be notarized. This resulted in there failure to complete the transaction on time to which I was charged a penalty. Pretty evident profitability and not customer service are the priority. Absolutely would not recommend!
