My spousal appeal case was particularly a difficult one. My wife and I were already frustrated and angry with CIC taking 2 years to give us a refusal. This is when we hired Natalie Domazet. As soon as you meet Natalie you can easily tell that she's a real person who is genuine and sincere. She was honest with us all along, she didn't sugar coat our situation and kept our expectations and spirits up but also helped manage our expectations and frustrations. I could feel that Natalie genuinely cared about us, not just as clients but as two people who are separated from their loved ones. Natalie provided comfort and support, she always took the time to keep us informed and our spirits up. She provided a human touch that couldn't be championed by anyone else. We were so impressed with her professionalism, tact, attention to detail, and preparation. Her performance during the two days of our full hearing was immaculate. I really can’t say enough about the hearing process as I was blown away of the sheer class and skill she displayed. Natalie’s performance during the hearing was simply brilliant. I'm very lucky to get to know the lawyer Jennifer Pollock who helped us being the legal aid immigration refugee lawyer for my mother. Ms. Pollock is a great lawyer and a wonderful person and i would recommend her very highly for anyone who wants to have a knowledgeable and aware lawyer. We had great experiences meeting her in her office which had a welcoming atmosphere. Ms. Pollock was always prepared and on time to help us in the process. Within less than six weeks my mother's case successfully completed because of Ms. Pollock's tremendous work and efforts and she updated us with all the steps and information. There are unethical lawyers working at this firm that honestly should be disbarred. This firm should be shutdown. I would stay far away from this firm!

I will never forget the kindness from Mr. Arash Jazayeri and the level of commitment to his legal service. Mr. Jazayeri was introduced to me, through Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto, after the Hague motion went through the Canadian Central Authority. I called the consulate-general out of desperation after finding out the out-dated information on the lawyers in Toronto provided by the US government led me to the lawyers either out of reach or already retired. Mr. Jazayeri even let me help him as I had a bit of paralegal experience in the past so we could save time and money to have the case go smoothly. I have never met any lawyers from past career who would be so generous and understanding to his/her clients. Thanks to his tremendous work, we were able to have a solid result from the Hague court that my son's home country is US and his legal matters can be settled in a court only 5 minutes drive from where I live. It took me months to fully understand the impact of the Hague court and I'm really grateful for his support in the most difficult time of my life.
