Always great experience, i drive 30 minutes because the staff is always pleasant and helpful ,

Very high quality work and the staff are great and very detailed. Highly recommend!

I was really not impressed. The electrician (Derick) came to our home and I thought we had finally gotten someone who was up for the work and trusted him not to cancel at last minute. Derick gave me a reasonable quote on the Tuesday and I said we would like to go ahead so he said he would give me a call on Wed to let us know if he would do the work Thursday morning or Friday. I waited all day Wed with no call so I called him and left a message around 7:30pm to remind him that I was still waiting for him to let me know what day and time...no returned call and no idea if I needed to take Thursday morning off work ( I did stay home just in case he showed) but he was a no show...lost wages for me. I left him several messages through the day on Thursday just to give him the benefit of the doubt and to see if he was planning to come on Friday...still no return call. Today is Friday, I did not hear from Control Electric at all today so I was forced to start the whole process again and begin looking for another electrician...what a colossal waste of my time!! I'm hoping this is the last bad review I have to write for inconsiderate electricians....we will find out next week. I'm assuming that they get better offers with higher paying jobs so they have no problem dumping new clients that won't bring in the big $$$ Kim

Not enough doctors on shift, long waits for a smaller town.

Best staff and best prices

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Found my item quickly and easily. Reasonable prices.

Rob Clark, Wayne Hall and his team at Bracebridge Home Hardware do an Outstanding Job servicing the needs of my McDonalds Restaurants in Muskoka. Conveniently located, they always seem to stock the items required to keep our Restaurant equipment and supplies operating efficiently. Customer Service is always Top of Mind with all of the staff there. A greeting when you arrive, and Assistance immediately as you need it. Heather and the ladies are always wonderful and helpful with all our painting needs!

The Home Depot is a great place for shopping however it is quite frustrating trying to find staff working the floors. I usually have to look down aisle after aisle before finding staff and even then most times the staff don't know anything about the products they sell

Great variety of Muskoka furniture and antiques.
