Not even 1 star. Purchased 3 chandeliers from this place last Saturday. The sales person Jessica was the one who helped us. We picked one chandelier for our 20 ft foyer and 2 for the living room. The 2 we picked were a medium and large sized one, and we made a deal for all 3 together. We got them same day and when we contacted the guy who was recommended by Jessica to install them, we noticed that the one living room chandelier was the smallest one on display. It was the wrong item. She told the installer it was wrong on the phone, now when we phone to tell them they say bring it back and pay the difference in price of $200. Thats fine, but who is going to install it now? Are we going to have to pay the installer again for there own screw up? Who is going to take down the chandelier? This is ridiculous. How do you end up giving a customer the wrong product?? We decided to keep the chandelier as is as we have no one to take down and put up again as we already invested so much time and money into this. The customer service here sucks and wouldn't recommend to anyone ever!

Professional service with the best prices for LED lights.

I have an old Dainolite lamp&magnifier (20 years old). It served me VERY well for all these years until recently, when the little part that holds the head of the lamp broke, rendering it useless. I wrote to Dainolite customer service and they took the time to exchange emails with me and find out an equivalent replacement part (since the original no longer exists). They sent it to me for a few dollars+shipping over credit card. Thank you very much Elena and Dainolite. Very professional and it shows a company that cares about its customers. That is hard to find these days. Bravo. Ben Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Great selection on light fixtures and you can't beat their price.. super friendly environment and very knowledgeable.. I recommend this place to everyone who has lighting needs

Very polite and friendly

By far the best LED strip I've ever purchased, very bright and durable, easy to work with, the colour temperature true to their names--no hint of blue in the daylight. Free in-store adjustment and the guys there even help me trouble shoot on my other lighting projects. Highly recommend!

Gerry is extremely knowledgeable and was more than glad to help me with all my lighting issues. Would highly recommend him.

Karen was exceptional. He helped us to decide on the lighting for different rooms in our home. Amazing customer service and great prices. Will definitely recommend concept lighting to our friends.
