Sympathique, ils ont de tous

Excellent service

Salespeople lack trainings. They cannnot find the advertised products, they are unfamiliar with the products and it is a waste of time. Go there only if you know the product you are going to buy amid reps are useless.

Bonne équipe dynamique avec un excellent service à la clientèle.

Très bon service et bon prix

Sale plein de promesse mais peu de resultats

Got more products then Home Depot

jai pas vraiment apprecie mon service as clientelle .. dsl ....

Walter the manager there treats customers with complete disrespect. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the past three months and had been treated very well initially but during my last visit I dealt with Walter who claimed to be the manager there and got very upset with me when I went to pick an item that I had already paid for. I arrived at the store 15 minutes before they closed and he locked the door in my face and walked away. I knocked on the door and he completely ignored me. I then called and he finally answered and initially refused to open the door and let me in even though I explained I was just picking up. He lets me in then proceeds to give me attitude saying next time come when they are open.. again it was 7:45! He was very rude and refused to give his name saying I don't need to talk to anyone that because he's the manager there. He finally gave his name when I asked why I'm not allowed to know who I'm talking to. The whole thing was very bizarre and the treatment from him was not at all professional or courteous. It's really unfortunate given how helpful the rest of the staff had been up until that point. UPDATE: Gary the owner called and showed genuine concern and apologized for Walter's behavior. Corrective action was taken and Gary did and said all the right things to make things better. Increasing my rating to 3 stars as a result. Would be 5 stars for sure had it not been for that one incident.

Great shop, quality items and customer service always listening.

Super service , des gens qui connaisent leurs produits .
