So many useless little things I want! And they had original Venice masks when I was looking all over for one.

Have made several purchases here. Very friendly staff. Beautiful lighting and furniture!

Excellent Customer service and after care. Got only 1 light fixture but the lady answered all my questions. Store is stocked well, lots of options to choose from and prices are very reasonable.

Although I like their merchandise, the customer service and rewards program in particular are terrible, absolutely terrible. An employee signed me up at the Burlington store over 5 weeks ago and I still have not received their 15% welcome coupon, etc. They claim I should have received a booklet in the mail as well. She evidently made errors and the manager made some adjustments to the online account. However, this was not any better. Btw, she would only offer me a partial welcome discount. No one at customer service returned my email inquiry and when I called the customer service extension, the recording stated they were closed - and it was12 noon! I chose a different extension and got through after being on hold for 11 minutes. The agent indicated no one could call me until at least 48 hours. She stated the manager should have upheld the full discount. In the end, their rewards program is still not functioning with my email address. When I received 2 calls from a 'Stefanie', she didn't indicate who she was, nor did she give her extension or her position. It's just not worth all this effort!
