The employees are very customer oriented.. The manager is more apathetic and not so attentive. He was supposed to email me the quote with the details of all the work to be done ... That never happened and I never heard from them again.
I ended up finding someone the did the job for a fraction of the price anyway......

Returned a broken coffee maker bought at that store with no receipt, the owner was nice enough to say "pick out a new one at a comparable price". I am always surprised how much stock they have in a small store and competitive prices. If they don't have it they can order it in.

As a realtor I get lots of staging items and Bouclair is my place to go. I love their selections. We get curtains, cushions, beddings and a lot more from their. They are a bit pricy but when things go on sale their reasonable. This specific store is nice but they don’t have lots of varieties and stock. I shop more in the New Sudbury one. Staff are helpful. I recommend it.
