I called Simmons lock and key because I had locked my keys in the car in 100+ degree weather. They told me it would be 20 minutes max and I waited outside for over an hour and a half and no apology, it was $55 for him to unlock my car in less than 2 minutes. Engine problem in my 40 ft diesel motorhome, needed a tow. This requires some heavy equipment and expertise. My roadside assistance plan called Woller, and I’m glad they did.
Dan arrived just 15 minutes later, and everything went smoothly. I’ve been towed three times in the past six years, and I can say this tow was the most smooth and efficient yet.
Their heavy units are normally set up for trucks, not buses, so he had to reconfigure the pickup arms. He did this promptly, while always being very careful of the body and chassis differences between an HDT and a bus.
We were delivered to the repair shop with no drama and no scratches. I was impressed and pleased. I would request Woller again without hesitation.
