Locksmith

I have used Festival City Glass for two different installations within the last year. They are so professional and their crews do a perfect job. I'm super picky so to give them 5 stars tells you a lot about FCG. The first installation was incredible customized glass doors in a bathroom shower. Not an easy task in a >100 year old home. Everyone who sees them tells me how beautiful they are. Our second installation was this week as we put a home gym in our lower level and wanted mirrors. They are nicer that I could have imagined. Our gym looks like a professional gym. I would not hesitate to recommend FCG.

Friendly staff with great service. The service will defiantly be better than anything you'll get at a box store and that's always worth the price. They even keyed the lock on our shed to be the same as the house.

Professional, personable and reliable.

Got lock out of my car and call my brother.. couple of mins he was here! Great service!

This company is very friendly, reliable and helpful! Was given the lowest price when compared to a few other companies! Would definitely recommend and use again thank you.

Excellent service and I would recommend him to anyone.;)

Friendly people, VERY helpful and know their products. A pleasure dealing with them.

Great bunch of guys.

New to the area so i checked around to get quotes for services to my new apartments. abrupt on the other end of the phone. said he had another call and hung up. atempted to call back later. no answer.

Charges 2-3x as much as anywhere else. Has little pride in their work, and it shows. Not to mention the waiting period for anything is beyond ridiculous.

Vlad was prompt, friendly, very helpful. I am really satisfied with the product and the service. Thanks!!!

Excellent service from Mo, from start to finish. Thank you Mo.

About a week ago I got locked out of my truck and had to call someone for car lockout service. I searched online and for some reason Deer Park Locksmith caught my eye. Their ad was not promising the world; just great service. I called and in less than 30 minutes later their locksmith arrived and got me back inside my vehicle.

I called this store today to get advice on a deadbolt lock that was increasingly difficult to use. I was ready to have a locksmith come out and repair it but the fellow at this shop gave me some advice with respect to trying something at home before I spent the money on their services. Their advice worked and given that experience the next time I have a real problem they will be the first locksmith I call.

Locksmith-pros was awesome. I unfortunately got my purse stolen earlier today which inlcluded my keys and an ID displaying my address. To be on the safe side I decided to get the locks changed. After calling and speaking with one individual, I was able to get some pictures sent over and he gave me a very reasonable quote. He was able to dispatch someone that day, who was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely pleasant and professional, and kept in constant communication with me before he arrived. I would highly recommend this service for those in the downtown Toronto area.

I had Pre-Lock Security installed two door safe systems, a door guardian for my patio door, security film for windows, doors and patio doors and window bars for my basement at my house. It's refreshing to see a company that is on time, transparent, honest, no sales pressure, fair pricing and more importantly has a water tight after sales service guarantee. It was a pleasure dealing with Brian Gold and his technicians all of whom were knowledgeable and friendly especially the gentleman who installed my door safe system and window bars. Aside from professional installation, quality products the company even cleans up after they are all done. I would strongly recommend Pre-Lock Security for all your security service/products needs. They know what they are doing, they are honest and will answer as many questions that you can throw at them. I will definitely be contacting Pre-Lock May 2015 when my monitoring contract is complete.
