Security Shop, Inc.

Bought a lock from these people that fell apart. I could not lock my front door. Store Manager and employees were far more interested in making money off my emergency than having any empathy with the customer. Awful Customer Service.

My partner and I rented a condo and we called in for an estimate, Tony was there and able to work around our busy schedules and competitive in his rates. He ended saving us great deal on our locks and had his serviceman out there in an hour! We were blown away by their prossionality and speed of service. I will definitely have them on speed dial and recommend them for anyone looking for locksmiths!
The North Side Remotes and Keys

Absolutely the worst place. I have to believe the 5 star reviews are fake. I had a similar experience to the reviewer below. Gave a $200 deposit to get my Nissan key copied. It was supposed to be done on a Friday, then that didn't work out, gave another day, we showed up and they could not do it again, gave yet another date, again blew it, never called when they said they would. Now are making it incredibly difficult to get back the deposit with some story that they are currently closed (1:00 p.m. on a Friday). THE WORST PLACE!!! Avoid at all costs.

I worked with other locksmiths, often the cut on these special keys couldn't be matched, but Nick at the Hyde Park Security Shop cut all these keys with no error.
