Terrible customer service. Everyone I sought for assistance was rude, including the person at the Lock Smith station, who didn't know how to work the cash register and told me that I had to pay out front myself. Never coming back here again. Everyone there should be fired and replaced with people that are happy to assist customers.

Just went there to duplicate the only car key that I had broken unfortunately, however Mrs. Lisa got it precise perfect. I was afraid I would have to change the whole ignition system, but I didn't have to after I went there. Mrs. Lisa really made my day today.

Eric at Baldino's Lock and Key was very patient and knowledgeable and helped make picking out new doorknobs/locks for my new house a breeze. Locks arrived quickly, Eric gave me a call when they arrived at the shop, then again when they were ready for pickup. Prices were on-par with the online competition, but you can't beat the personal touch of going to a brick-and-mortar shop for something like this.

Ordering was fun.
Getting special key by mail. Don't know if it will work, though!
