First-class, first-rate service. They really know what they're doing, and it shows. They are conscientious and thorough, and follow-through properly. They spent a significant effort to get an August Lock to work with a Medeco deadbolt after a large installation job -- something they didn't really need to do. Much appreciated.

Most recently my automobile key was solidly stuck in the door lock. AAA Roadside Service sent out a locksmith to assist me. This was a tricky situation but It was resolved within 20 minutes. The key was removed from door lock and in working condition for the ignition! I was hoping that it would be Atlantic Locksmiths because I have had great service from them previous instaces, as well. They have made many keys with never a problem! (I have previously gone to HD to have keys made. I can not remember the last time I had keys made there which actually worked. My last experience with HD was driving back and forth and it still did not work. I have used this business to improve lock security at my home and had a combination changed on a complex lock. I would describe my experiences with Atlanta Locksmiths as accurate, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy!

$7.50 for a standard lock key duplication... Nah, I'll pass

Our front door lock broke and we desperately needed it fixed same day. Called Cape Cod Lock and Safe Co. and miraculously they were able to come within a half hour of our call. Replaced front door lock and immediately gave us additional keys for it. Then when I asked if she could put same lock using same keys on back door she said yes and did that all quickly at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate calling them again.

It was good experience. The 6 keys took a little longer tgan expected but they did all work. I just wish the buy 2 get 1 free coupd have been mixed keys. I would use the service again.

Still waiting for a return call, Linda. It's been over a month now since I called. TWICE. Sign sat on your client's lawn for over 6 weeks while my calls went unanswered and still have. My thinking? Are you doing your clients a service or a disservice??????? Extremely unprofessional. Why put signs up and then ignore phone calls?
