Went here to get a key made. Decided at the last minute to get 2 made. After the keys were complete I proceeded to hand the locksmith my debit card and he would not take it. He stated that there was a 10 dollar minimum. I can understand that, but there was not sign up stating this. Had to go to one of those rinky dink ATM's next door (which I hate) and use my debit card in Hope's that my info is not stolen. Got the key back home and found that the both of them (keys) only slightly works. You have to play with it a little before it actually turns the lock.

My home lock is Medeco, I went to two locations near my place to copy duplicate a key, both places made the keys incorrect and didn’t works. Lastly I Desire to go to kiosk near my place made a copy. They sent me the key in three days and amazingly works just like the original key. An outstanding service.

We duplicated multiple keys at this location. Although not all keys turned the respective locks which was a bit an inconvenience, the customer service we received to rectify the situation was FIVE STAR. We received multiple options to replace the keys or refund. Thanks for the help!

In addition their 24/7 emergency locksmithing service, they have a small hardware store open Monday through Saturday from 9 to 7. While I've never needed a locksmith, I give their tiny store a five star review. They carry an amazing number of items, and they've never been unable to supply with what I need or, at the very least, hook me up with a stop-gap. The employees are always polite and helpful. It's a very handy shop for anyone who lives in the area.

Horrible place. Got keys made and they completely overcharged me and one didn’t work. They would not give me my money back or work with me on this. Awful customer service and everything in this place is overpriced.
