Jason B. responded to my call for emergency roadside assistance. He was professional and polite. He called to notify me that he was in route and his estimated arrival time. He took time to answer my questions and was kind enough to give me advice about my vehicle service needs. I would definitely use the service again if needed.

They helped me with a locked door on a toolbox body. Nice folks.

We have come to depend on Steven's and Son to take care of keys for our inventory. They are reasonably priced and are very responsive to our needs.

Great service

We lost the only set of keys we had to drive our 2014 Toyota Corolla. I called Toyota and was given a quote of $480 and I was told my vehicle would also need to be towed to their facility, and my car would be ready in the next day or 2. They told me this was the ONLY way to get it done. I was devastated. What an expensive mistake!! After the shock wore off I decided to call a locksmith and see what they could do, or if they had any other suggestions.. I ended up speaking with Cindy (who sounds like an angel) and she gave me great news that her and her husband William could help us for a VERY reasonable price, and they would come to my house to do it!! In less than an hour everything was finished up and working great!! They were wonderful to meet and they really saved us BIG TIME!! I would reccomend them in a heartbeat!! I don't usually leave reviews but I felt truly blessed today and I wanted to pay it forward!! ♡

Only place I can get keys made for a Peterbilt semi. They have some neat stuff including safes, one of which looks museum worthy!
