Waited over an hour after being told they would be here in 20-30 min. Then I get a call and he’ll be here in 15. Nope 45 more minutes later. It’s fricken 1030pm. No traffic. Just tell me you’re getting a burger before you see us. Stop lying to us. Just being late makes this guy unprofessional.

Very nice people. And they do an excellent job with locks. They're probably the best locksmith in town.

Andy & Manny were incredibly helpful in restoring a very old Lockset using creativity and parts from other door knobs in my home. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that they were able to save an important piece "of this old house."
Highly recommend this company as it's the second time they've saved me. They are honest and beyond reasonable in their business dealings.
Thanks you guys!
Respectfully,
DCH & C
P.s. Adam, was helpful too, albeit by phone.

Saw the key machine on the way out of Bed, Bath & Beyond and decided to try it out since my mom needed some keys made. I didn't think the machine would cut the keys correctly, but all three of the keys fit the lock when we got home! So convenient.

my spare key/vehicle was recently stolen but then was recovered by the cops. my spare key wasnt recovered so my truck was still vulnerable to the same a**hole that took it. dealer wanted close to 1000 bucks for ONE new key along with the key programming plus a day in labor and parts ordering. sanders made me TWO new keys with new programming in less than 20 minutes for 130 BUCKS!!! saved me literally 800 dollars. just wanted to say thanks for your service and for saving me the money. to all those in same boat i was, i just wanted to say, dont go to dealers for auto key problems because its literally robbery after what they almost did to me.

This was my go to store until today, I am use to all the smiley, helpful faces of the previous owner but ever since they sold it - the customer service had gone way down!
They use to help me tape certain items when i bring it in for FREE now with just a slight hole they said it will cost me $1 ?!? REalllyyyy??
I'm over it!

Convenient & saved me from making another stop to have key made elsewhere! All the keys WORKED when I got home! Liked option to have fingerprint identification for my account and copy of key saved! Won't need a locksmith to change out locks if I lose keys or get locked out!! Brilliant! Thank you KeyME!

Just called Don’s Locksmith.
They have arrived after exactly 25 min.
I just moved to a new house so I had to change all my locks.
He was professional, knowledgeable, productive with some pretty good prices as well.
Will recommend my friends and family to use Don’s services!
