Machining

Seen some work and they area good processor however customer service was poor. Went to the Sawtech expo and was seriously considering one of these processors but wanted to find out a bit more about them. I tried asking four different times to two of the reps and was completely ignored all times. One of them even pulled out his phone started texting and walked away when I was trying to ask something. I could have understood if it was busy but I was the only one there at the time. These processors are not cheap and if I was willing to spend a lot of money to purchase one I feel like I should have been treated with at least a little respect. Unfortunately I wasn't so I just walked away with a really bad experience.

We have been working with the team at Pegen for several years and they continuously meet or exceed our expectations (quality and delivery time.) If something isn't just right, they are always willing to work with and support us (even when it is our error!)

I have used Plas-Tech for multiple ICD order(vortex, and plug). I am very happy with the quickness they were able to get my last minute orders manufactured and shipped out in. Mark, Kym and Roch are class acts in customer service.

My fiancé and I had an awesome experience working with Derrick at CNC Ottawa. He added custom engraving to a wooden bowl and canoe paddle for us to give as wedding presents (pictures shown). The work is of very high quality and was exceptionally reasonably priced considering how much effort he put in to make sure every detail looks great. We would absolutely recommend CNC Ottawa and plan to go back for other woodworking/customization projects!
