I came to Anacortes Soo Bahk Do a man who would not leave his house previously for 4 long years. Started training to gain confidence. I ended up achieving Cho Dan, my assistant instructor certification, and went back to school to achieve my bachelors degree. In the end I went back to work after 15 years of being told I could not work due to what kept me locked in my own house. Soo Bahk Do is a lifestyle that will inspire you to do more than you believe you could. Especially with the guidance of the Arvidson’s.

Mr. Rochester is a wonderful instructor. I have enjoyed working with him on my Taekwondo. My son had lots of fun with him. We learned how to be respectful and mindful of our actions.
