Club TKD is awesome. Its a place to learn self defense in a safe and friendly environment with nice and helpful instructors.

My son did Karate till he received his Blue Belt but he never really LOVED it. He absolutely loves Jujitsu. Christopher DePalma is amazing with children! This place is NOT a "pay for your Black Belt" facility. You aren't sucked into contracts which is so rare these days. My son has excelled at this and now even wants to wrestle and combine both Jujitsu and wrestling. Plenty of classes. I can't say enough good things about Bushido or Sensei DePalma. Totally worth your time to at least try a class!

ICE Urban Combat Martial Arts is the best training you can get. All three of my children and my husband and I have trained here for over 12 years. The quality of instruction is unparalleled and the practical approach to martial arts, including Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, makes the time you spend here invaluable. The lessons learned transcend what you do on the mat and are applicable to every aspect of life and work.

I was introduced to Valor roughly a year and a half ago by my dad. I was 15 with not much self confidence, no athletic ability whatsoever, and had no idea what Muay Thai was for that matter. The staff there was eager and determined to change all of that, I never felt embarrassed for not understanding a drill or messing up at all and by the time my second day of training came I was welcomed like I’ve been there for years! Coach Jesse and Clifton never once forgot my name and always made sure I was understanding every concept we learned. As time went on I was invited to train with the fight team lead by Kru Patrick Rivera who made sure to introduce me to all the the fighters. Now I am in just about every day and have competed multiple times. I’ve been to other martial art gyms before and they will never and I mean never top what Valor Training Center has to offer. This program is for everyone. Men, women, children you name it. Whether you want to compete, stay in shape, or learn how to defend yourself, I assure you that Valor will meet your needs

Seriously, look no further. This school is absolutely phenomenal. As a novice I can only account for my anecdotal experiences: having only been training here a month I was able to repeatedly submit several practitioners at other local schools(209, Gracie) who had almost a years experience more than myself. My best experience with this school came when I needed knee surgery a few months ago. The coach was willing to completely let me off the hook for the tuition for the time I was out. Anyone who has been to other martial arts studios can attest to what a rarity this is. The environment is clean, everyone is friendly, coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the atmosphere encourages humility and camaraderie.

This is a home away from home.

Excellent staff. Amazing work on teachings. Every student seems happy and accomplished when they walk out of class because of the great motivation provided by the instructors. All around awesome foundation. I am a student and plan to continue on this crazy journey. :) would recommend.

I did the 6 week fitness challenge for women. Coach Randy was amazing. I'm disabled, and they worked around my mobility issues... really cared about helping me get more fit, and I'm so very glad I went through the program... turns out I love boxing, so continuing that at home!! :D

Twin Dragons is an awesome school. The instructors are phenomenal and the atmosphere is the perfect combination of discipline and fun. I've been to martial arts (taekwondo, hapkido, and jiujistu) studios all over the country, especially in California and Virginia, and Twin Dragons is hands-down the best! Whether you're just starting at white belt or you're already a black belt, you won't be disappointed with Darryl, Denah, and Wyatt!

I know that I haven't been there. So it's more to try.

I brought my son here because his grades in school were very low and I didn't know what else to do.This is a great place to bring your kids my son has improved his grades In school his attitude has improved and he loves being a part of this positive environment. He is moving up to green belt soon and he is really excited to be a part of the black belt club. I definitely recomend bringing yourself or your kids.
