Great traditional martial arts selection at great costs. They even have a new MMA line, AK-47 that includes: gis, gloves, protective equipment. I practice bjj and muay thai so they stock all the gear I can possibly need. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and they even practice martial arts. And they always return my emails on a timely manner. Great place to shop! Highly recommended.

I have been with instructor Zheng Li for over 8 years. The passion for kung fu and for the growth of children through kung fu has stuck with me. Although I sadly cannot attend as much as I would like to, the times I go are very enjoyable. Through his instruction I have learned about physical and mental health as well as discipline and understanding. This has also become part of my personal life. I have found the principles of kung fu very helpful in my education.

Jerry is such a terrific instructor, he really knows what he is talking about which is marvelous. I've taken numerous classes from him and every time Ive learned a little something new. He also worked around my knee injury which I appreciated; he wasn't like some instructors that make you push through the pain. Also, if I hurt myself through something we did in class he knew how to put me back together. To sum it up: Jerry is everything you would want in a sensei - try out his class cause I know you'll love it!
