This is one of the few Aikido Dojos out there that reaches kids with a passion. (there are many Aikido places for adults, few for kids) Excellent teaching styles, patient, and informative. Teachers pay attention to each student, monitor them and are fully aware of their progress. Your kids (or you alike) will learn essential self defense tactics and obtain belts along the way. Overall an excellent dojo and a great place to learn discipline, respect, and self defense. For both adults and kids.

I love the self-defense approach to martial arts here. My kids absolutely love the classes and want to go every day. Wonderful. At my son's preschool all the kids are walking around now saying, "Be fearless!"

I have been a student of Master Bell for almost 7 years now and I can say without a doubt that my training with him has been the strongest thing in my life. Master Bell is not a typical Martial Arts teacher; rather than just teaching kicks and punches, Master Bell also teaches a strong philosophy that enhances life. In terms of experience, Master Bell opened the school in 1991 (more than 20 years ago!) and has taught almost 400 families. On top of this, he has more than 35 years experience training in Tang Soo Do! If you are looking for something more than just a workout, Master Bell may just have what you are looking for. I love T Kanes. I am a advanced blue belt and know that it is really good. You earn your belts, learn discipline, make new friends both older and younger. It's really an honor to go there! So don't hold back.

Wonderful place for kids to learn kung fu. My kid is going here from past 9 months and has picked up Kung fu pretty well. Fantastic staff!

I train at Jung SuWon and I swear it is the most awesome training ever. I have trained in many other martial art schools before and I personally have never encountered any type of training like Jung SuWon offers. The school doesn't just have you train for 2 years and get your belt. They actually teach you properly, let you learn at your own pace so you can truly learn how to defend yourself and have a healthy, active and exciting lifestyle. I personally come train after I finish school and work, the training just allows me to let go of the stress and the tension that I have built up throughout my day and actually allow my day to be much better than it was before the Jung SuWon class. The school is filled with students of all ages and also is filled with instructors. I get one on one attention a lot only because there is a lot of instructors there to work with me and help me grow. They have all been training for 15+ years, it is incredible that they come and help teach and really share the spirit and the energy of Jung SuWon. I love Jung SuWon and I love training. I personally recommend it for everybody!

Sensei Jeff Martinez is a truly well-rounded martial artist. Although trained in other martial arts as well, he values the technical, artistic and self-defense aspects of BJJ in addition to the more common sports-based application. A gentle ability to work with children and adults alike, Mr. Martinez also has experience as a former service member of the armed forces as well as a personal training expert. He will help you set your goals and attain them.

Came here to try the free week trial. After the first day, I signed up. The black belts and the owner teach the class, and are very friendly and inviting. We are similar to a small family, everyone who trains there is welcoming and helpful. Been here a month, don't plan on stopping anytime soon! Thanks Leo!
