Super fun! And it's good for all ages and even if you have disabilities. I was in an accident that has long term problems, Kuk Sool Won has helped with a lot of the pain I was having and was my physical therapy. It helped a lot with my balance on my injured leg.I have a limp and the people I train with are very understanding and nonjudgmental.

Looking back, our family of four trained together, and supported each other attaining our Black Belts. It was fun & a great way to build family ties, especially during the teenage years. Kuk Sool Won encompasses many styles, training the brain as well as the body. I especially appreciate the underlying mutual respect Master Paul incorporates in every lesson.

My daughters (7 and 13) have been going to this school for a little over 2 years now. Sensei Kevin Schmad is an excellent instructor with kids and adults of all skill sets and abilities. He is personable, easy to speak with, and will pay attention to each students specific needs. Really a top flight martial arts experience for my girls, and I feel truly lucky that this school is so close to my home.
