Absolutely horrible people to deal with. Ordered a knife on 8/19 they took the money from my account but I didn't receive the knife. I talked to a man that said he is the owner. He promised he would get back with me. I called again and he said the delivery had been returned by Fed ex but he didn't know why. I checked with Fed ex and no deliveries had been returned from my address. Left this guy several voicemails and he didn't call back. I called again and talked to the customer service manager. Told me owner was in Japan and gave me his email address. I told him I would have the charge taken off my account and he said the company would go after me if I did that. Emailed owner and told him what I was going to do and he said to read the website that they would charge $50.00 if I did that. Promised to contact me on Monday 9/17 of course he didn't so I emailed him and told him I would take further action. Have not heard anything back. He had told me in an earlier conversation that this is a $50,000,000 company...then why can't they ship a knife for $25.00 and that includes shipping? This company is a joke. I agree you should run the other way.

Awsome

Great training, great friendships, great team & even better coaches!!

Love Ott's, Mr. Lyndsay is a great instructor. My son started in September he is 6 and his confidence has been boosted. I would recommend Ott's to anyone looking to join Taekwondo.

My children have been attending Westside Tae Kwon Do for the past year. So far it has been a wonderful experience. I have seen my older son's self-confidence boosted. He works harder towards earning his belts than anything else I have seen. He had gained a strong sense of pride over his accomplishments. My younger son started off at the beginning of kindergarten and wanted to be a class clown. He lacked focus and just wanted to play around during class. Mr. Molton did not write him off. He reassured me that he could teach him. He was gentle, being patient and firm, and he was right. My class clown was teachable. This has been a great year-round after school activity. My boys don't just go to a class, they feel as if they are a part of something.

One day I decided I wanted to get out of this box I lived in. I always knew I wanted to take a boxing class. One day I stumbled upon the Chonburi Muay Thai website. The next day I watched the class to see if it would be something I would be interested in. The day after that I joined. I didn't even know how to wrap my hands. Nor did I know much about the art. I knew it was something I wanted to try. Coach is an amazing teacher. The people (my teammates) are extremely helpful and friendly. There are no egos at this gym. Today, I can't imagine not having the art and the people in my life. They become family. It's the best place for authentic Muay Thai.

An incredibly beautiful and amazing place to be

I've been taking private lessons with Standing Tree for 3 months. Joseph has been studying Kenpo (wing chun, Kung Fu, Karate) for around 35 years. I feel really lucky to have found him before everyone else, he is just getting started here in Austin. I've taken several years of Tae Kwon Do, which I really enjoyed, but this style of Kenpo is a lot more practical. The methods seem much more realistic and true to life. I know he does home school co-ops and other group lessons too. Most importantly he is one of the happiest people I've ever met, no "macho tempers," just good training.
