Been training here over two years, having tried out several different dojos and gyms in London. They cater for all levels and abilities. Classes cover beginner, intermediate and senior levels of training and also focus on specific belt gradings. Classes are varied and focus points change weekly, offering a balance between fitness, fun, technique and sparring.

I had to stop practicing Qwan Ki Do for three years when I moved in London (from France) as there where no club in the UK. I joined Phuong-Ho last year and have restart training intensively! I am still the "Kung Fu Panda", but thanks to Irina and Adrian's efforts I can litterally see my progres! They both are very supportive, and inspirational! I could only encourage us to join us for lots of fun and martial arts!

After learning Tai Chi in China, I didn't think I would be able to find a high quality Taichi Master in London. But luckily I found The Azi school of Taiji run by Master Liu. Master Liu is an Exceptionally skilled and generous Tai Chi Master. He teaches Zhaobao style taijiquan, which is one of the earliest existent unadulterated forms of Taichi and it rare to find a teacher of this style in the West. His teaching is clear, precise and meticulous and he openly teaches the full taichi curriculum including the form, push hands, qi gong and combat applications. He is able to demonstrate excellent fajin and rooting skills. Weather you're a beginner or a old hand who wants to take your Taichi to the next level you wont be disappointed. The other students a very friendly a welcoming and there is always time for a chat with a free cup of tea and biscuits at the end of each class.

The best Taekwondo Club I have ever been too. And I have tried many of them. Master Ali is a great coach, trainer and friend. I simply love that club.
