Martial Arts

Great, no frills gym that meets most needs. People are friendly and classes are great. The Sanda Kickercise class on Thursdays are a workout and really great fun. Instructors and regulars all very welcoming to beginners like myself. Won't find better value anywhere else.

One of the many martial arts I've done that really stuck and resonated well with me. It's about finding the movement for yourself, having fun and it'll benefit you not only in class but certain things carry through and are useful in everyday life. Everyone is friendly and social. I'd highly recommend trying it!

Excellent training facilities with professional staff

I'd give it 10 if I could! If you're reading negative comments about their staff, please ignore. These were written by people who are more fit to go for an afternoon tea with their auntie rather than consistent, hard work. LFF is changing my life in so many ways! All instructors, and I do Muay Thai and BJJ, are professional. Everyone is treated with respect and respect for the space is expected too (e.g. no shoes on the mats) but that's a no brainer.. would you keep your shoes on at home? If you want to improve your fitness and / or get into MA for real, there is not better place really as you not only need to push yourself down the road, you need someone to push you too and this is why you will be expected to follow the instructions and give it 100%, but that's the beauty of it. I can ensure you you will leave every class with a HUGE smile on your face. And you will start clearing your calendar to fit in more classes. OSSS X

Excellent customer services and advice. Alex was very kind and attentive. Highly recommend this shop!!!

Ju dachi martial arts is a great club I signed my daughter up nearly a year ago and she absolutely loves it she has tried a few martial arts but hasn't taken to them but this club is a very warm and welcoming club every one is friendly plus the sensei will always help if they can she has made loads of friends plus improved her fitness level while having fun at the same time

Great class and great teacher, Mr Gary 10th dan

Bob is an amazing coach with bucket-loads of wisdom, experience and knowledge. I trained for a few months here and am absolutely gutted that I can't make the sessions anymore due to working location..... Rosh, Carl and Paul are all excellent, carefully selected coaches who add their own flavour to the academy too. Bob's nuggets of wisdom ring in my head all the time.... Combat expert for every level/art

Glenn Spiers is amazing,is very hard to find someone so experienced and valuable, but in the same time so carring with every student personality and needs.

I had to stop practicing Qwan Ki Do for three years when I moved in London (from France) as there where no club in the UK. I joined Phuong-Ho last year and have restart training intensively! I am still the "Kung Fu Panda", but thanks to Irina and Adrian's efforts I can litterally see my progres! They both are very supportive, and inspirational! I could only encourage us to join us for lots of fun and martial arts!

After learning Tai Chi in China, I didn't think I would be able to find a high quality Taichi Master in London. But luckily I found The Azi school of Taiji run by Master Liu. Master Liu is an Exceptionally skilled and generous Tai Chi Master. He teaches Zhaobao style taijiquan, which is one of the earliest existent unadulterated forms of Taichi and it rare to find a teacher of this style in the West. His teaching is clear, precise and meticulous and he openly teaches the full taichi curriculum including the form, push hands, qi gong and combat applications. He is able to demonstrate excellent fajin and rooting skills. Weather you're a beginner or a old hand who wants to take your Taichi to the next level you wont be disappointed. The other students a very friendly a welcoming and there is always time for a chat with a free cup of tea and biscuits at the end of each class.
