Prof. Omar runs a really great gym. Very welcoming environment, and the instruction is solid for both adults and kids.

The instructor is fantastic and very helpful to everyone participating and provides various ways of learning. Capoeira is so dynamic being a mix of martial art, acrobatics, music, and dance. Highly recommend, the atmosphere is very welcoming and fun!

I was so nervous about going to a boxing/mma gym, but it was one best decision that I ever made. Steve is just incredible. He makes you feel at ease, while slowly infecting you with the love he has for martial arts. I took part in all of the classes (even watched the children's class) and it is as if Steve was born to teach. His patience and determination rubs off on everyone. His techniques are versatile and his knowledge includes extensive and diverse methods of fighting. And yet he never makes you feel as if you don't belong there. Give it a chance: you will not regret it.

Great learning environment and atmosphere! Excellent place to learn fundamentals, get fit, and a really motivating place to get started if you are totally new to martial arts in general. The instructor(s) are pleasant and professional and encourage right actions, right behavior and proper conduct in the dojo. The training itself is comprehensive but they do encourage you to keep studying outside the dojo to maintain skills and knowledge that would assist you inside the dojo. There are also a lot of younger students there that I can see are benefiting and will continue to benefit as they grow. Lastly, it is very cost effective and it is accessible from a major intersection in East Toronto, (Morningside and Sheppard Ave. East).

Beware this is a MacDojo. If you are serious about Taekwondo this place is not for you. Master Rim is very busy in cashing out on how much he can make off of you.

Superior team and curriculum in Little Dragon course. Master Sophie is a standout for skill and engagement!

Although I find the arm exercises very strenuous, I continue to try and keep up with the instructors. I really enjoy the Zumba classes and have found them to be energizing. Both Bev and Julie are fabulous!

Awesome friendly instructors that teach both traditional and competitive Taekwondo

Very decent place for weight lifting and swim. Well lit compared to other gyms. The staff is decent on the most part, but there is a no video recording policy for PR lifts unless you get permission from the manager. I am overall satisfied.

Master Ha is excellent.
