Amazing owners, Coaches, trainers and staff! Love this place!

Awesome community, awesome coaches, awesome gym. My only regret is not joining sooner!

Our son started here in February of this year and we couldn't be happier! He loves it there. Staff is amazing .. very approachable and friendly. Master Ron is great with the kids and its just a very positive and fun atmosphere. Great hours/class times and very flexible schedules.

My friends and I attended for two years while in High School and loved it! It was a great blend between hard work and fun that I'm eager to rejoin when I can afford it again.

Great facility! Highly knowledgeable coaches. Great OA program, with fantastic results! I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting to take their baseball skills to the next level. Looking forward to the future!

Let me start by saying I cannot tell you how highly I recommend CrossFit 725 by just a review. It doesn't give it justice to how amazing it really is. I started my experience at CrossFit 725 with Coach Spenser during our 1 on 1 personal training sessions at Durham Ultimate Fitness. I thought I was in good enough shape, but needed a little push for an OPP fitness test. Little did I know, I was far from fit. I asked for someone to really push me, make me hate them. I was given Spenser. After 18 sessions, he made me work harder than I ever have, but he respected me and never let me stop pushing myself harder. I was introduced to the full CrossFit experience shortly after our sessions . I was never pressured and thought I'd take the leap and join. Besides, a lot of our sessions consisted of CrossFit exercises. I've watched other coaches at the gym work with clients and I thought to myself, "They don't seem to be working as hard as me." Maybe this CrossFit thing is really bringing out the best in me? It has been the BEST decision I have made to enhance my life. Both Coach Spenser and Coach Scott are better than you could imagine. They are professional and friendly. Their knowledge of CrossFit and their educational backgrounds in the human body have always pushed me, but kept from hurting myself. The box (CrossFit gym) is brand new and has great equipment. It is always getting better with little improvements, even if you think it can't get any better. DO NOT let people scare you of the risks of CrossFit. If you work within your limits but push yourself, also with proper coaching, you will succeed. I did. I have seen more injuries at the gym when people try to do it on their own and don't have that added support of a coach that knows proper movement. Even in a packed class, I still get 1 on 1 attention to help push myself and work of proper form. Thank you to both Coach Spenser and Coach Scotty for helping me realize my potential. My family thanks you for a better me and I thank you. If you have read this review to the end, let me finish with this. If you decide to try CrossFit 725, the work you put in will bring out the best in you. It has for me and I wish I would have done this year's ago. Try it and see how it is. You have nothing to lose.

Fantastic facility with top notch instructing! The environment is truly family friendly and a great place for all ages to have fun, build connections, and learn how to confidently defend themselves!

My friend was told about this place by one of the instructors. I was sceptical because I had believed I had finally found my forever gym knowing she needed the support to get back into her workouts we purchased the special $19.99 3 classes and it includes your gloves. We were hooked after the first class. I haven't sweat that much in a workout in about 2 years. The instructors are amazing and push your to and then beyond your limits. They follow up if your haven't been in awhile. But never fault you for doing the walk of shame coming back. They are just happy to see that your are back on track. Amazing opportunity.

Nothing but positive things to say about Sensei Kenney and this dojo. Encouraging and a very positive environment, with an engaging approach to teaching... Would highly recommend this dojo!

Fantastic Instruction and atmosphere! Have trained at this location numerous times when in the area. A great place for Adults and Children.

This is a hidden treasure here in Durham! The Club has been in this same building since about 1970 and is apparently one of the oldest Karate clubs in Canada! Training is friendly but focused. It is not a sport. Techniques are meant to incapacitate any attackers. The instructors are fantastic and really care about your progress. They do sword training here, too.

Our teacher is amazing with my son he is very patient. My son just started and has been having fun learning TKD techniques so far. I would definitely recommend this place to any parent, very affordable prices too.

The best martial art school in Burlington for sure.

SCAMMERS! LIERS! BE AWARE This happened couple of years ago and it never doubt on me to leave a review. I hope this will save someone's wallet. I went in with my two boys ages 6 and 9. I was hoping for the boys to like the activity. Anyhow, as soon as we walked upstairs, one of the sons of the owner said, "hi, you guys are here to sign up so we can take your money?" I just kind of brushed it off because the owners boy was young also. My boys were scared to join the class, so we sat couple of times on the couch. My 9 year old tried half a class. The lady owner told me that I can sign up the boys and I can cancel anytime. I thought it was okay just in case if the boys didn't want to continue. I went to her office to sign the contract. I told her that it doesn't say I can cancel anytime in the contract, she said, "don't worry just pay monthly and whenever the boys didn't want to come just stop paying. Month to month. Being naive, I sign the contract. Well the boys kept sitting on the couch and didn't want to go on the floor. One would go for 20 min then would stay out. I told the guy owner, (the lady wasn't there), that the boys will be quoting next month. He said u have signed the contract and have to pay for a year. I said to him to talk to his wife regarding this. I called in to talk to the lady owner and she said yo me she never have said that to me and I'm obligated to pay for the boys for a year. I paid 1200 for the boys that year. I really hope you guys chock on that money!! Just want to let people know out there, write on the contract and tell her to sign it so she can remember it.
