NextGen has an absolutely PHENOMENAL After School Program run by a wonderful group of people! Highly Recommended for parents who are looking for a clean, fun, educational and safe atmosphere for their children!

Our son started Taekwondo when he was five. He was shy and quiet. Not only has the sport Taekwondo but more so Master Khamsouk been an enormous influence on his life. He overcame shyness, gained self assurance and overall has developed a strong yet levelheaded personality. He always enjoyed classes and was keen to go and participate. Progressing through belt testing proved to be a powerful incentive for him and made him immensely proud. What he has learned from his years in Taekwondo are skills that he applies to all aspects of his life and we are very grateful for that time that Master Khamsouk took with our son. Without Master Khamsouk's influence our son would not be the person that he is today.

Super friendly considerate staff. The programs are wonderful and are great at instilling confidence while teaching them karate. And they teach it in a fun manner to which keeps the kids engaged. I would definitely recommend this team.

I have experience with martial arts myself and I took my sons into this club and I was totally blown away at the way the instructor handled himself. Kevin Ausman has a way with these kids that can't be taught. My boys loved the experience and I personally think its the very best children's club in the Durham Region. You won't hear that from Kevin however he is very humbled by all of this. Want a great club drop in and try it they now run 5 days a week.

I tried the womans kickboxing fitness class. It was a great adventure and good workout. Be prepared to sweat. Friendly and encouraging staff.

Sensei Graham Stewart is an intensely knowledgeable instructor, who inspires focus and dedication, leading by example. It has been a delight to train with him and enjoy the camaraderie of the Ryugikan dojo. It's a family.

I train RCI (Raw Combat International) at the Ontario Self Defense Centre. This is exactly what I am looking for in self protection / CQC - both practical and effective. The training facility is amazing, unlike any other I've trained at, and Peter is an outstanding instructor who takes the time to make sure his students train to the best of their ability. Everyone works to improve their our abilities and skills in addition to supporting the growth of their fellow students. It's a great environment to learn and train hard, without dealing with egos.
