As a member of Groundworx for about 5 years I can safely say it's a second home for me. The owners are caring and thoughtful to the continued development of our gym. .Our coaches are also attentive experienced and knowledgeable and ensure all members are attended to regardless of level of your athleticism . The atmosphere is encouraging for all levels of fitness but still fosters healthy completion amongst those athletes who wish to push a little harder . What I have enjoyed the most are all the wonderful friendships I have made over the years as a member. We welcome all new members into our gym and are honestly like a family . I can say I have worked out at all different times at our gym and every Wod time is a fun time! I love my Groundworx family ! 💪

After hearing so many positive comments about CanAm karate I registered my kids and can’t say enough good things. It’s been a month and I already see the difference with my kids focus. If you want solid martial arts instruction and positive atmosphere for the kids. This is the place.

Ahmad Zahabi is one of Canada's true BJJ wizards. Thank goodness he came to Burlington from Montreal to share his endless knowledge of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The classes are full of a wide range of students from beginner to advanced. What a respectful, fun environment it is to learn this incredible art. By far the best place to train in Burlington and the surrounding areas. One of the best in Canada for sure.

DMMA is a phenomenal place to learn and study Martial Arts. If you are looking for American Kenpo, instructor Bryan Zarnett is a key choice, and continually worth every trip I make, from Toronto, to see him. Highly recommended.
