Dropped in for a nogi class while visiting family for xmas. First off, this is the nicest facility I've ever trained at: 2 large mat spaces, a ring, a lounge, gym equipment area, clean bathrooms, showers.
Everyone was very welcoming. The BJJ instructor, Vince, taught some Williams guard techniques including a slick choke I've never seen before. Got in a few good rolls and overall it was a very enjoyable visit. I'll probably be back next xmas!
