My kids (a girl and a boy) love the classes! The teachers are professional and nice. The staff is friendly, flexible and always helpful. I especially love their flexible schedule - having some choice in which days to attend makes a lot of difference in a family schedule. My kids' self-confidence and self-reliance skills have improved greatly over the 6 months of training. They are stronger, happier and they get sick less than ever before. I would very much recommend this place to any family!

Amazing trainer, works extremely well with the students. Very interactive with a strong focus on technique and discipline. I would highly recommend the Academy to any families who would like their children to be in a comfortable environment of learning, respect, fun and friendship. For the adults, the cardio kickboxing is one of the most challenging and results-driven workouts around, based on core strength, stability and agile movement. The best part of that class is it changes from each session, and no two are the same.

My daughter has been going to this gym for almost 6 years - she started when she was 3... The coach Misty is very involved in the curriculum and kept my daughter involved. I have since started myself and enjoy the family gym atmosphere. Great gym to attend for all people of all ages.

I started training at Broken Belt Martial Arts 2 weeks ago. The instructor, Grant is a wealth of knowledge, his teaching ability and style are excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging. If you are interested in BJJ, I highly recommend trying this club.

The small classes are really good, the instructor is able to spend time teaching each student. It's also easier to remember people's names and feel comfortable in the group.
The teachers don't beat students up like in the old Kung-fu movies and the students don't have to scrap like dogs.
Don't be fooled either- this is some Jason Bourne type stuff and Sifu Steele has connections around the world.

My daughters have been attending Arashi-do Martial Arts dojo, in Rocky Mountain House for 10+ years. They have earned black belt and brown belt status so far & their interest and desire to continue has not waned. This is truly a unique martial arts school, in that the people that run the dojo and the people that attend the school - are family to us. Caring, kind, supportive, humourous, good fun, GRIT - that’s the vibe here. Character building traits have been built here; self confident, discipline, respect for others, perseverance. This dojo is a diamond!!
