We invested in three opportunities: one was paid out early with interest, and the other two ran out of money and are an accrual investment. This means that no interest is paid till the project ends. Since the raison d-etre of this type of financing is that soft costs at the beginning are the basis of the loan, the timeframes associated with closing the investment are measured in years. I am certain we will see our funds and interest eventually , but we were looking for an investment that paid SOMETHING reqularly. A positive record for exits means nothing if you were looking for a regular return. if that's what yo are looking for, this is not your cup of tea
