I have never had a mortgage and I've never given this company my number, yet they're calling me up to twice a day. I've blocked them, but with my phone I still receive voicemails. every single day.

Edward was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made the whole process seem so much easier and quicker. I'd recommend him and SPFC to all friends and family.

This company preys on new home buyers with misleading spam via postal mail. I have received multiple mailings from them disguised as (and STAMPED WITH) "Official Business" from Santa Clara County. TOTALLY SHADY. Conveniently, they do not offer information on their website to be removed from these predatory mailings. I reached out via Facebook and they deleted my post.

There is a lot of knowledge and experience and lots of care.
