This credit union used to be wonderful. My husband and I have multiple accounts and direct deposits going into one account. We also have 1099 income and deposit checks from a judiciary account, same checks we've been depositing for 12 years. Now apparently this credit union's policy has changed, and Mission Federal wants to put a ten-day hold on our checks which are drawn on an in-state account with Bank of America.
This is absolutely ridiculous considering the fact that we've been depositing these checks for 12 years with no problems. Since this credit union has grown and opened up many branches, the customer service has gone downhill. My husband's been a member for 25 years.
