Irene did an amazing job with my loan for my first condo, second condo, refinance, and my mother's refinance. Every single time I work with Irene she is extremely helpful, on top of it, gets me the best rate, and answers all of my MANY MANY questions. She is very fast and working with her is unbelievably easy. I can't say enough about her and her services. I have recommended her to my friends and family and will absolutely reach out to Irene for my next home and/or refinance!

Yan is good but sometime he will not be able to help... Rather these days wells fargo or some other direct bank lender is better.

Alan is someone you can trust. He has an exceptional level of knowledge and truly enjoys sharing what he knows with his clients. He also tells it like it is...we wanted to explore a refinance situation and he did everything he could to put something together that would work, and even though our circumstances were not conducive to what we had hoped for, he still went out of his way to find a solution and is continuing to keep his eyes and ears open for us. He is definitely someone you want on your team!

If at any point of your life, you wished you would have never done business with someone, this woman is that case. I had to rate at min one star, I would rather prefer to rate her at zero. I did my mortgage with her a couple of years ago. I could hardly get hold of her for any type of information after the deal was closed. Now that every time I call her for information on a potential refin, she hang up on me without even letting me finish my sentences, always states she was on another line and never calls me back. I have deleted her completely from my address book. You just can't believe there are people like that in this world. I would away from this business at any cost!

Audrey’s team was great. I liked that Audrey was very clear in explaining the process. She would provide information to me on a need to know basis. And she would explain what I needed to do to proceed. I will highly recommend Audrey to everyone!

Ask for Steve. He is a great guy and has managed multiple mortgages and refi's for me. Very professional and has proactively called me when a change in the market makes sense for me to move. I expect to do all my business with Westside for years to come. If only my stock broker was this good.
