Slowest branch I have ever been to. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or a training one. The teller I just worked with told me to “sign this” and walked away but neglected to give me a pen to do so. Inconsistent. Some ask for my license, most don’t. I don’t know if it’s a requirement or not but they all need to be on the same page. The ATMs NEVER WORK. I don’t trust them anymore and no longer use them. I only go to this branch when I have to because it is conveniently located but it is never a fast stop and I usually go out of my way to go to another.
