What can I say. I made some mistakes financially before we began the marathon deal with my now friend Arien. I’ve had many slam dunk deals in my time but never one that took approximately 13 months and was a deal that I never dreamed about being involved in personally but life can throw some nasty curveballs at you. The choice is to duck and run or step it up and make it happen. That’s where Arien comes in. Walking into her office one day to cover some details I had no idea how many deals she had flowing until that day. I realized she could have easily taken my tough deal and put it on the back burner with all those slam dunks working however, I realized she was actually jumping through hoops and busting her butt to make my deal go down with all the others. That day and moment brings me to a FULL recommendation of Arien. Not only did she go above and beyond the call of duty. She earned my trust and my respect. Bryan

Staff are friendly, but don't seem to know what they are doing. They refused a digital photo of a document and told me to send "a scan" (but couldn't tell me the difference); Notary commonly refuses to notarize docs if the legal jargon is over her head (not your job; just verify the ID of the person signing). Long delays at the teller line, and to get any special services are common. Mobile app won't allow check deposits for the first 6 months of membership.

I've worked with Jason Palm for several refi's and a first mortgage. He is thorough, creative, and always has the client's best interest at heart. His rate quotes are among the best that I receive, and yes, I do shop rates as well. In my opinion, you are in the best hands with Jaon and Waterloo.

Great lender! I found Bedrock Lending in The Statesman here in Austin and decided to give them a call. They were advertising "No Closing Cost" and I wanted to find out how they could do this? They explainef the programs and gave me a rate and fees much better than my local Bank along with a no cost option at a slightly higher rate. I was a little hesitant but they had an A+ Rating with The Better Business Bureau so I decided to let them handle my finances. Now a days lenders ask for EVERYTHING and they did too! The main benefit was that they were always a phone call/email away 7 days a week. Once when I couldn't sleep at about 3 AM I emailed a question and got an answer about 30 minutes later! I know Austin is booming right now but really? Lol. They came through with Exactly as promised at closing. My loan was pretty straight forward but they were very knowledgable and cared about my loan. Ill certainly let others know about them and appreciated the job that they did. Highly reccomended!!
