Well located and accessible.
It only has around 3-4 teller desks and 3-4 account manager desks, but mostly only manned by 3-4 people. Generally you end up waiting around 10-15 mins for getting service from a teller and around 30+ minutes in case of requiring the help of an account manager, especially during the weekends.
The folks here are quite courteous and helpful but do not seem to be driven to go beyond to help the customer.
