Friendly staff, wanted to charge me almost 10$ to cash a small check.... not okay. Just another reason why I don't bank here!!

Closed 3 days of the week and only open while their customers are at work. Kind of pointless.

It was a pleasure working with Sherry. She was extremely professional and delivered without any surprises. I am in the banking business and have high expectations as I previously originated loans. First and foremost, my file was a difficult file. I am a first time home buyer and had been on the hunt for 2 years. She worked with me for over two years and was always cordial and patien! I finally settled on a property which was a short sale. If you do your research, this is a very unpleasant type of transaction for all parties involved. Sherry went above and beyond to make this a smooth transaction. From start to finish I closed in about 40 or so days. This is very rare in a short sale transaction. Sherry was actually ready to close within 2-3 weeks however the seller was overseas. Sherry went above and beyond. She was able to obtain documents from the seller’s lender quicker then the agents and third party short sale negotiator. She helped me maximize my concession and put my OCD mentality at ease. Her pricing was very reasonable. Because of my experience in the business, I actually asked her to charge me more. She respectfully declined. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the service she delivered to me. As stated before, I am in this business and have a lot of resources and Sherry was the best. As far as communication is concerned bar none she is the best. I received updates via email, text message, and phone calls. She is extremely professional and very efficient. I was able to do everything online. Her origination system was awesome and this is a welcome change from when I originated. She also attended my closing. This is becoming increasingly rare. As far as rate is concerned, I literally lucked out by locking in under her advice before rates increased in January. I could not have asked for a better lender. Thank you Sherry!

Great location!! My first customer service experienced was a real hassle. Unaware of the deposit method ,I made a deposit around 4:30ish (all deposit must be made/process before 1pm) was explained during both calls. Which was not explained doing the bank account set up process. I my first call was dead end. I felt rush and the both reps was not concern with my issue. At this this I was considering on closing my account, But on my third called ,the customer service representative that I spoke with was very polite ,concern ,and very friendly . Janie went above and beyond her duty as a bank customer representative to satisfy an unhappy customer. Thank You Janie !!!

My wife and I used Atlantic Mortgage for a first time purchase using a VA loan. We worked with Steve Ryan and he explained the process in a comprehensive manner. He was extremely responsive throughout our negotiations in the actual purchasing and notified us as addendums were made available by the closing agency. Buying a home is the most stressful purchase and Steve and the fine people at Atlantic Mortgage did a great job at making it pain free.
