Movers

I have called this company numerous times and he is resistant to make an appointment. Made one time commitment and then did not show up. I have made repeated calls and he just requests that I call back another time to "confirm". Have left messages and he calls back, but does not listen to message so must repeat everything. Was an easy request, move a piano upstairs to downstairs, did not seem to want my business at all. Called SASKATOON PIANO MOVERS instead.

WORST experience ever, couldn't even get a straight answer out of them on the phone to find out if they had availability to move me let alone get an estimate. ALLIED SUCKS.

Country Wide was prompt, offered more services & options then previous moving companies. They checked in, and kept us updated each step of the way. They provided us with an accurate estimate, and they even fit within our budget! Moving to a different province with two small children, and two working parents is stressful enough.. but Country Wide made this move very easy, and effortless. Both of us were very confident with country wide, and we would absolutely recommend them to our friends and family, and if we ever needed to do another long haul move, we would use Country Wide again! Thank you Country Wide for taking the stress off of moving for us! We greatly appreciate it!

After my husband decided to put on his electrician hat and fry our washing machine, we we're of course in a hurry to replace it. Having a few hundred dollars in emergency funds we decided buying used would be best for our wallet. We randomly popped into Mike's and found a new samsung top loader XL for an incredibly good price! I was hesitant and held onto my receipt in case of it breaking down but it ran wonderfully! And still does! Its as if it were brand new. They delivered our washing machine promptly, hooked it up and carried the other one away all done in a day. Talk about great service! Next time we are in need of new appliances we will be stopping at Mike's first.

I have had two experiences with this company - both negative. The most situation: After informing the mover that his delivery truck was blocking my car and I was not able to get out of my parking spot, he refused to move the truck. He shouted that "he has a job to do" and I had to wait until they were done. Three months earlier: two movers were moving someone into the complex I live in, they too were blocking my car but offered to move it if I needed to leave. I was rather impressed with that actually. Then they knocked over the light in the entrance (never picked it up) and the one mover got very heated when he couldn't figure out how to get the couch down the stairs. I understand that people get frustrated but his comments were offensive! Overall - I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Awesome

Showed up a day late, spent 9 hours moving half my stuff a matter of blocks, left the rest behind, and charged for their trip back to the garage. Note: "Saskatoon Movers" AKA "Two Small Men With Big Hearts" is NOT two men and not local. They run the exact same ad in Calgary. And they overbook.

Very busy

Prompt and have not had any problems with damages.

We went by here, no one answered the phone all day. No one answered the door. We read the reviews and we agree with the person that this place is scary. The facility is in distress. Weeds taller than I am! Lots of rubbish on the ground. It really looks unkept. In the end we realize we did not want to keep our valuables here, we went down the street to the Budget storage and they were much cleaner and helpful. You can read the crazy owners reply, he seems a bit nutty to act like that on a review reply. We recommend staying away from here. We also second the fact that most of these positive reviews appear fake.

These guys are great. We've used them several times for moves and odd-jobs. Their staff is super friendly and very professional.
