Movers

The most professional and helpful movers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thanks to the entire roadrunners team!

Always on time with deliverys and very caring about what they transport

Had the privilege of meeting the owner of this company today. I kept my cool because he was at a customer site, but he came across as a real dick! If it’s costumer service you want, try another company!!!

Very clean, very accommodating staff. Secure building with good lighting. Will be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

These guys have done a move for me twice one from toronto to Edmonton and other from toronto to Mississauga. They are very professional always on time, they respond to all your needs in a fast and professional matter. I will definitely call them again if needed. I highly recommend this company. Thank you again MVL movers!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had, and I have moved a lot for work. The movers broke 3 mirrors and a picture frame, and when I finally spoke with a “manager”, he blamed me. He claimed that the movers were “professional” and that I must have packed them broken. I broke them and then packed them! He also literally yelled at me on the phone! My work colleagues heard him across the room. The movers also overcharged me by rounding up the time by 45 minutes, claiming they “missed breaks”, that they didn’t even mention they needed. For the last half hour of the time they were actually moving, I found them sitting in the truck. Once they saw me, they both jumped up and picked up a box. My brother and I counted 5 things they moved in the 30 min before they finished, and added another 45 minutes to it. I sent 5 emails that were ignored, and made 6 phone calls before someone finally called me back. The “Customer Service Manager” named Warren, is still yet to actually email me back. He said it would take 10-14 business days, and it’s been 5+ weeks. Not once did anyone even apologize for the experience. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They will drive extremely slow to waste time, unpack slowly, break your things, ignore your calls and emails unless you want to book something and they want more of your money. They will also blame YOU for any issues and don’t even think about getting an apology.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Emma and the team at Matcom! If you're looking for machinery moving in Toronto, Ontario, I'd definitely recommend calling them. :)
