My company used Premiere Van Lines for our office move, and I don't think I have, or hopefully will ever to, write such a negative review for something again. Premiere Van Lines was late to show up at the beginning of the move, their guys were quite obviously not experienced movers and did not use their resources or time well (and in saying that, there were about 15 guys on site and the move took them hours longer than it should have - and to think that each of their wages was something included in our final price), they damaged items beyond repair and in the end did not reimburse us an adequate amount for it, we had the owner of the company involved in our move and he did not tell us who he was at the time and continued to allow his movers to conduct their business very inefficiently ... the list goes on. Additionally, our sales rep (who we very much liked and met at the beginning of this whole process) was mysteriously "no longer with the company" by the time we moved, and we were none the wiser. There was no communication to us about this, and we feel as though it was done in a very sly and unprofessional way. The way I found out he was not with the company was by calling him after the move to complain about the service, and I received an "Oh, I am no loner with the company - they didn't tell you that" - very unprofessional. Not to mention they also charged our company credit card without sending us an invoice (which I had to then ask them for; and they charged us wrong) and without a final conversation with us to ensure we were happy and satisfied with their service. All and all, remember to sign up for good insurance coverage when you do a move (especially with these guys) and don't believe the sales folks when they say "oh our guys are great, you're in good hands". I hope this review helps you in choosing the movers that are right for you or your company.

The first time I used Movers. I was moving apartments about a mile away. They were reasonably priced and incredibly efficient. The guys were nice and all my stuff was moved into the places I wanted it. Nothing was damaged. Everyone was hardworking and pleasant, and all of our stuff arrived intact! They are great at what they, handle everything with care, incredibly professional and have a very friendly staff. The movers were rock stars! Regardless, the move was easy and I recommend these guys.

So happy I went with these guys! They answered all of my questions promptly, were super affordable and efficient. They were very careful moving my stuff and even did the installation after. I would highly recommend.

Carefree Moving made our moving a piece of cake. Their professional movers were superb. We had no issues with booking or with any kind of dishonesty. Those three guys took a very good care of our stuff. All the moving of my 3 bedroom apartment from Brampton to Mississauga, including driving took them about 8 Hrs. Personally I consider this excellent result. Thank you very much for your help.

I selected the Hercules moving company because of their expertise in moving fine pianos, feeling that they would have the finesse as well as the strength to move various other large, heavy or delicate pieces as well. I am very happy with the way Michael's team approached the work. Their friendly, approachable and professional attitude went a long way to calm my overwrought nerves. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Amazing, amazing. The staff was great and friendly. Made packing and moving so much more easier. Will use them again!
